Refund Policy:
On Pre-Paid sessions the used sessions will be billed at the $95.00 rate and unused sessions will be credited. For example if a person purchased twelve sessions by credit card and used only six session. The six used sessions would be billed at $95.00 for a total of $570.00 and deducted from the $970.00 Pre-Paid for a credit of $400.00
Missed Sessions Policy:
The first missed session will not be billed. The second missed session will be billed $50. The third and future missed sessions will be billed at the $95.00 rate.
